In addition to working with couples and individuals at Nola Counseling, Sandra Lambert, LPC, NCC, also counsels individuals struggling with serious injuries and fears that are common after accidents and traumatic events.
Sandra is a Louisiana Licensed Professional Counselor and a National Certified Counselor. Her credentials have been verified by Psychology Today and Good Therapy and she is a member of the Louisiana Counseling Association and the American Counseling Association. She obtained a Master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from the University of Holy Cross in New Orleans, and is trained in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and other counseling modalities that have proven effective in treating mental health issues experienced by those who have suffered serious injuries.
Sandra Lambert, LPC, NCC, offers in-depth assessment, diagnosis, and treatment for injured parties, including personal injury cases. Commonly accepted cases include situations where an individual's mental health has become an issue as a result of an accident, serious injury, or other traumatic event.
Treatment begins with a comprehensive Intake Assessment, where a diagnosis may be made, if indicated, followed by individual counseling sessions as needed. Reports are offered following the Initial Assessment and periodically during the course of treatment, as well as upon discharge.
Services, including Intake Assessments, Therapy Sessions, Consultations, and Depositions are offered in person at our office in Uptown New Orleans and/or virtually statewide throughout Louisiana. Space is limited. Note that all clients must be physically present within the State of Louisiana during all sessions, including virtual sessions.
